Hellbinder

Hellbinder is a legendary off-hand weapon for the Demon Hunter class. It is a dedicated Explosive Arrow item and offers a skill-modifying power that adds a damage over time effect on top of its basic damage output.
Similar to most other legendary items, Hellbinder is obtained from regular farming, and does not require clearing specific in-game content to be found.

- Up to 2 Base Attributes
- 1 Magic Attribute (mandatory)
- 1 Legendary Gem Socket (mandatory)
Legendary Inscription
Hellbinder has the following legendary inscription:
- Unnamed Inscription: Explosive Shot now also causes enemies to Burn for X damage over 2 seconds.
