Welcome to the Diablo Immortal Wiki! On this wiki, you will find all the current available information about the upcoming new title from Blizzard Entertainment and NetEase Games.
First announced at BlizzCon 2018, Diablo Immortal will be a mobile-only action RPG set in the Diablo universe. The game will present a blend of familiarity (many staples of the Diablo universe, such as its character classes, will return) and novelty, being uniquely adapted to the mobile platform and the playstyle that this encourages.
Set in the familiar world of Sanctuary, the events of Diablo Immortal will take place between those of Diablo II and Diablo III. With the Worldstone shattered, players will have to defeat the many evil minions that spawn around the world from the stone's corruption of the land.
The official site hints at possible appearances by Tyrael, Deckard Cain, and Malthael. Valla, the familiar Heroes of the Storm hero, will also make an appearance (the extent of which is as yet unknown).
Diablo Immortal will be online- and multiplayer-only. The game will feature parties of even greater sizes (up to 10 players) than previous Diablo games.
While it is not clear how the game will be structured, it appears that dungeons will play a great part in the gameplay experience. We also know that players will have access to a stash for their items.
The following 6 classes are currently confirmed to be available for playing at launch.
Enemies and Villains
It appears that Skarn, Herald of Terror, will be one of the main villains in the game, although it is unknown if he is the final boss or not.
In addition to him, there will be different Monsters, some of which will be familiar, such as beasts and demons.
Currently, the release date for the game or any Alpha/Beta is unknown.
It was believed that initial testing would happen around mid-2020, but this no longer seems to be the case and no more information is currently known.
As a mobile game, Diablo Immortal is set to be available on Android, iPhone, and iPad, upon release.
Pricing and Business Model
Nothing is currently known of the price point or the business model that Blizzard and NetEase plan to pursue with Diablo Immortal.
Trailers and Videos
There are currently three videos for Diablo Immortal. The first is the gameplay trailer revealed at BlizzCon 2018.
The second is a "development update" revealed during BlizzCon 2019, while the latest one is a slightly different version of the previous gameplay trailer, revealed during ChinaJoy 2020 (video courtesy of Blizzard Watch).
